This subject focus training day has been developed by Kyra SLE’s - Specialist Leaders of Education.

· A session designed for new and improving teachers who want to improve the teaching and learning of science in their classroom.

· Teachers will share science overview plans and examples of excellent lessons and sequences of work that lead to progress. 

· Find out how other schools manage the ongoing elements of the science curriculum and learn new ideas and approaches to achieve this.

· Share assessment practice and identify how to monitor and check progress and attainment in science in your school.
