On our voyage through Scotland we will be spending the first day in Oban getting to know the boat and the rest of the crew, and then we will be setting sail through the Sound of Mull, to Tobermory then on to Stornoway, before we start our 200nm passage to the Faroes where we will have a few days onboard to explore before you depart.

The Isles of Argyll are romantic, beautiful, inspirational and incredibly popular with visitors returning each year, some as a heartfelt pilgrimage. These Isles are truly unique and present some stunning scenery and interesting attractions such as the Tobermory village, doubled as Balamory on children’s television, Iona Abbey, Ben More and of course any of the six distilleries on Islay famous for unique whisky flavor exported around the world.

Experience the peace and tranquillity of this isolated environment or accept the warm Western Isles welcome of communities waiting to offer you some traditional Hebridean hospitality. Explore our rich island history and discover a superb selection of museums and monuments or witness carefully preserved Gaelic culture in a region where crofting, community events and ceilidhs bring people together like nowhere else on earth.

Faroe Flag  THE FAROES

The Faroe Islands - "The Most Unspoilt Archipelago on Earth".

In the deep North Atlantic lie 18 beautiful islands just waiting to be discovered. The Faroes are synonymous with unspoilt beauty and untouched nature, new Nordic Cuisine, preserved architecture, the world’s cleanest air and freshest water. An exciting and unique combination of nature and culture at their best.

This is why Lonely Planet chose the Faroes Islands as one of the planet’s top travel destinations and National Geographic Traveller named the Faroe Islands the world’s most unspoilt islands. This is where you can immerse yourself in scenery most people will recognise from The Lord of the Rings films.
