Italian executive chef Fabio Vinciguerra will take you through the thoroughly Italian way of cooking in a clay oven. Expect to be disturbed from your seat at least once or twice to see our chef in action discussing the perfect heat, what wood to use and the importance of hand spinning your pizza dough. Expect some interaction, passion and discussion. Each course is carefully matched with one of our wines from the estate (Additional cost)
