20th Reunion for Ponderosa Class of '97!

It only happens once. That's right, Ponderosa alum, it's TIME for our 20th reunion, so GET EXCITED!

We've had 10 years to mature, get married, have kids, get divorced, try a couple of professions, get married again, buy a house and learn a few things....so it's naturally going to be a blast to bring our class together to celebrate the days when things were "a bit more simple." 

We've got an incredible weekend planned, so clear your calendar, book the flights, get a sitter (for the adult-only events) and don't miss your ONLY 20th year reunion!

Here's what's on the agenda:

FRIDAY NIGHT

5:00 PM

Where: Tap Fourteen Rooftop Beer Garden - 1920 Blake St, Denver, CO 80202

We'll meet pre-game on the rooftop at Tap Fourteen. We will be distributing tickets there so show up to grab your tickets, otherwise they will be left at will call!

6:40 PM

Rockies vs. Pirates - Coors Field, Denver

We'll head over to the stadium around 6:15 pm. We have group tickets for the rooftp, which is the best place to watch the game! It's open seating but we're going to nab seats in section 313. You can enjoy the game from our seats, walk around, pop into restaurants and bars, chat with your classmates, and have a good old time! Thank you Patrick for getting us tickets!!!

SATURDAY FAMILY EVENT

10:00 AM

Bayou Gulch Regional Park - 4815 Fox Sparrow Rd, Parker, CO 80134

This park is right behind Sagewood Middle School and just a couple of minutes away from Ponderosa High School. We will have face painting, balloon animals and shaved ice for the kiddos. Parents, this is BYOB and food. Thank you Krysta for planning this awesome day!

Please invite old teachers, parents, etc. The more the merrier!

Ponderosa Hall Crawl! 7007 Bayou Gulch Rd, Parker, CO 80134

We've had several requests to go back to where it all began.... so we'll be caravaning from the park to Ponderosa around 1:00 to roam the halls of our old school! Ponderosa has graciously opened their doors to us so feel free to stop in and find your old locker!

SATURDAY NIGHT MAIN EVENT

7:30 PM

Coohills Restaurant - 1400 Wewatta St, Denver, CO 80202

Join us in the heart of downtown Denver just blocks from Union Station for an awesome evening out with your class of '97 alum! Coohills has an awesome vibe with a focus on local, regional and farm-fresh ingredients. We've reserved the outdoor terrace (that backs up to an old railroad bridge over the Platte River with beautiful views of the mountains) as well as part of the indoor community area and bar.

We will be serving LIGHT appetizers and desserts, so be sure to have a nibble before you join us! Your tickets will get you two free drinks, and there is a paid bar available all.night.long.
