01/04/2017: ROCK & RIVER - Adrenaline, Activity & Adventure

On April 1st we will take anyone and everyone to Rock and River for a morning of Adrenaline, Activity and Adventure. High wire, Climbing, Raft Building and a Leap of Faith. Children welcome alongside the Adult members. This is a unique way to build the community even stronger, and you'll get the chance to meet members you've never met but perhaps have seen or even competed against via the Whiteboard. Food will also be offered after the morning of activities

08/04/2017: PARTY - Great Gatsby Style

On April 8th will be hosting a Party... Last year was good but this year we are pulling out all the stops!! Fancy Dress theme: The Great Gatsby... so get out the tux, and don the bias cut and party the night away... Food provided but due to prohibition times of the Theme alcohol strictly banned (as if?) Venue strictly confidential, as we don't want "The Heat" to know, so keep this under your hat. The venue will be announced once tickets are purchased.

22/04/2017: SATURDAY SESSIONS - Throwdown at CFASG

And finally on Saturday am April 22nd we will be hosting an throw down for CrossFit ASG members!! One of the highlights of last year was the Xmas Throwdown so we wanted to repeat this by further building what is already a strong strong community!
