& Pork will be held in the East Bottoms of Kansas City. This is a craft butchery event designed to showcase the four-legged jewels of the Midwest and show how KC is honoring local pigs.
There will be plenty of pork dishes to sample, butchering demos and small bites of charcuterie circulating throughout the
event. The craft butchers -- pulled in from Indianapolis, Madison, and Chicago -- will be joined by Kansas City area chefs, who have
demonstrated skill and a passion for using local pork on their menu. Knife &
Pork will highlight the pork producing regions of the Midwest, raise
awareness of sustainable pork production practices, and make your tummy happy.
