Attendance

You are required to attend both facilitated training days.

Payment

This is a free course for those who live/work in the Kent, Surrey, Sussex areas however non-attendance of the course once booked, may incur a fee.

Cancellations

Minimum 14 days notice of cancellation required. Notification can be via email, phone, text message.

Cancellation fees

Any cancellations within 14 days of the start of the course will incur a fee of £75

If attended day one of the course and not days two and/or three a late cancellation fee will apply

Charges will be made to the individual named on the course (if the individual is self-employed or independent of an organisation) or manager/department (if the manager has authorised for the individual to attend).
