Physical Condition of Participants

Before taking part in an StrongFit Holidays Costa Brava or starting a new training plan, you should contact a medical professional to make sure that it is appropriate for you. We strongly recommend that all participants with health-related concerns about taking part in an StrongFit Holidays Costa Brava , visit their local GP for a health check-up before participating in the event. All participants in StrongFit Holidays Costa Brava events do so at their own risk.

Individual Participant Declaration

By accepting these Terms & Conditions, I agree that StrongFit Holidays Costa Brava is not liable for any personal injury or any other accident that may cause injury to me. In case of injury or illness, I give my consent to emergency transportation and the administration of first aid and medical treatment.

Refunds / Partial Refunds

Your registration is secured upon completion of the online purchase. Applications for a refund must be made in writing to book@strongfitholidays.com within the following time frame:

Up to 4 weeks before the start of the package = 100% of the Fee must be paid. We regret that you are not entitled to a refund for the deposit. 

Optional Additional Costs

When you pay for a StrongFit Holidays Costa Brava the fee includes your accommodation, transfer, gym access, beach activities and a water sport activity. Unless otherwise stated, the following services are not included in the price: Flights, extra nights in the accommodation, meals other than breakfast. We do not provide refunds for any additional costs. 

Photo Gallery & Image Rights

We regularly have official photographers at StrongFit Holidays Costa Brava taking action photos of those taking part, as well as spectators, which we then post onto our Facebook page and website gallery. We may also use some of these images for promotional material (brochures, posters, web ads etc) in the future.

By taking part in a StrongFit Holidays Costa Brava, and by accepting these Terms & Conditions, you grant StrongFit Holidays Costa Brava the absolute right and permission to copyright and use, re-use, and publish, photographic portraits or pictures of you or in which you may be included, in whole or in part, or composite or distorted in character or form, without restriction as to changes or alterations from time to time, in conjunction with your own or a fictitious name, or reproductions thereof in color or otherwise, made through any medium, and in any and all media now or hereafter known, for art, advertising, trade or any other legal purpose.  You also consent to the use of any printed matter in conjunction therewith.

StrongFit Holidays Costa Brava is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen property while on the package. Please use the Secure safes that are available within the accommodation for any valuable items you may have (keys, wallet, mobile phones, passports etc).

Please make sure you wear appropriate footwear and clothing for StrongFit Holidays Costa Brava, taking both the terrain and weather conditions into consideration.

StrongFit Holidays Costa Brava is a Spanish company and its currency is EURO. We comply fully with Distance Selling Regulations. Our Terms & Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
