Chris Massamba, a pioneer of the raw food trend made waves on the supper club scene in London a few years back while it was still underground. Chris is an artist with nutritious, natural ingredients creating masterpieces for you to appreciate their beauty before devouring (mindfully of course!) all the while knowing his food is so good for you! He will be showcasing the most delicious produce from ‘Hough Garden’ in Alderley Edge, an organic ornamental kitchen garden created by Peter Woollam. Plant based at it’s best! High Vibe Indulgence!

Hibiscus flower, Beet juice and rose water Kombucha

Ocean miso Jelly bowls with young sprouts and micro sea greens
Golden plantain delice with Purple Kraut, coconut and china rose sprouts
Bleeding Okra with avocado, coconut and sweet smoked paprika
Pumpkin seeds and shiitake samosa with fresh basil and tarragon coconut sheet
Quinton of Watermelon, strawberry and heritage tomato consommé with daikon noddles and wild aromatic flowers
Confit of white eggplant on yam fondant with infused heritage vine cherry tomatoes and white miso cream sauce.
Lavender and coconut gelato on real bee HoneyComb and summer mix berries
Tree Nut Cheese platter selection with Flax crackers and crispy kale.
