If you have attended any of the first 3 seminars on Energy delivered by ‘Beyond the Barriers’ and enjoyed them, then this last one will give you another way to improve your overall health and wellbeing!
You have already learnt about Nutrition, Recovery and Sleep; the 4th Seminar is about exercise and the crucial role that regular movement and exercise can play in providing you with sustainable energy as well as increased focus and productivity.
Toby Garbett is a two time Olympian, a two time World Champion rower and more recently has become a triathlete and ironman. He is a personal trainer and experienced Pilates instructor, teaching good posture, strengthening the core and increasing body awareness.
