Bake a mud pie, light a fire, build a den, whittle a spoon, make charcoal crayons or berry paint- the setting and approach sparks creativity. During colder weather we shall keep warm by the fire, as well as making hot chocolate and toasting marshmallows. As the year progresses we shall consider a range of seasonal crafts- bird feeders and Christmas wreaths for example. Ensure you are dressed for the weather- spare clothes and bin bags are advisable! Long hair tied back. It is intended that the long-term, on-going nature of this programme produces the benefits of Forest School, however, if you’re staying at Baby Moon you’re welcome to join the session.
