We will be holding five Business Update meetings across the country in October, so look out for one near you. During the Business Update Roadshows we will be covering a number of important areas which are relevant to you and your business across the forthcoming year:
* General business update and franchisor improvements to enable you to be successful
Progress to date by Sarah Kelly about the business as a whole. She will also update you on improvements made at head office to help franchisees prosper more as part of the Stagecoach network.
* Our 30th Anniversary plans - from Events and Marketing
We have lots of exciting things happening across the year that we'd love to share with you. There are lots of opportunities to get involved with next year from events, media opportunities, birthday parties and awards ceremonies!
* Sharing our latest insights from the Exit research and Brand Tracker Research
These insights will help you understand the customer mindset and help you shape your marketing towards attracting the right people to the business. They will also help you understand customer expectations and any changes that may be happening in our environment.
* Expanding and refining our Educational Framework
Our Educational framework was launched at the 2015 conference where a large number of you jumped on board and are experiencing great progress as a result. We have some learnings/updates that we would like to share with you all.
* Exciting workshops planned for 2018
There will be a number of new exciting workshops for 2018 from Education, Events and Agency which will be extended to all students across the network.
* GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)
GDPR is a new data protection regulation which affects EVERYONE across all businesses. This will mean significant changes to the way you/we collect, store and share data for both new and ex-students. There will be heavy penalties for businesses contravening the new policies and we must ensure that we are protected at every stage of the data collection journey. It is important that everyone starts to understand the implications of this new regulation ahead of the compulsory training which will be delivered in 2018.
* Winning more students
The Business Update meetings are the first opportunity to find out about our exciting new toolkit to help Principals convert more students. This toolkit has been crafted using proven techniques and best practices gathered from franchisees across the network over the last year. The guides and giveaways we will be sharing provide you with tried and tested ways to grow your business and your student numbers… not to be missed!
