The StrongBox Competition is making a return for the 3rd year running!
• 1 Day
• A mixed team of 8-15 people
The competition is designed to find the STRONGEST BOX in the UK.
Disciplines:*
1. Bench Press
2. Deadlift
3. Back Squat
4. Snatch
5. Clean and Jerk
- Minimum of 8, maximum of 15 participants in the team
- 3 scores per discipline - one of which needs to be a female score
- Each participant can only take part in a maximum of 2 disciplines in the first stage.
- Scores will be calculated on bodyweight formula (Sinclair for Snatch / Clean and Jerk, Wilkes formula for Powerlifts).
- There will be a semi final and a final with more traditional strength tests and maybe a strongman medley or two!
