We are looking forward to welcoming you and our other guests with a glass of Prosecco on arrival.
During this workshop you will learn to make fresh pasta, both by hand and with a machine.
You'll grow confident in rolling, cutting and shaping, so that you can recreate the dishes in your own home.
You'll create filled pasta such as tortellini and ravioli, master making gnocchi and the Tuscan eggless pasta, pici.
We'll bring all of this together as a feast, learning to make some delicious sauces using fresh, local ingredients.
Finally, enjoy the meal that you have created with a glass of wine before heading home with all the recipes so that you can experiment with the skills you have learned.
