Before the event you will be emailed and requested that you, email your completed RACs and relevant IV sampling plan to me by specific date.

If you submitted RACs electronically on the portal you will also have to confirm all of the Run IDs you are claiming for by return of email. You will still need to email the IV sampling plan.

Upon receipt of the RACs a sample of learners and units will be selected and you will be informed on Friday which to bring on the day.

If this information is not received by the specific date above your appointment may be cancelled.

Transfers
Delegates may be transferred to other events by notifying AIM Awards a minimum of 5 working days prior to the original event. Please notify us either by post, telephone or email. Substitutions may be made at any time prior to the commencement of the course. 
Cancellation /Changes to Events

AIM Awards reserve the right to alter any of the courses content. AIM Awards also reserve the right to cancel a course at any time without liability. In these circumstances, delegates will be offered an alternative date, a credit note or a full refund.
