Has your library and knowledge service done something new, different or innovative? Or do you have an idea about how we could do things better, but don’t know how to take it forward? Come and tell your peers about it at the joint KSS/London Innovation Showcase Session, part of the London and South East NHS/HE Libraries Conference.

 

How does it work?

You can present any innovative idea you like, whether it’s something you or your service have already achieved, or whether it’s an idea for a change that will solve a problem for you and the clinicians you serve.

 

How can I present my innovation?

In any way you like that will work in the space. You could, for example, make a video and show it to the forum, build a web site, show a poster or stand up and talk to us, with or without presentation software/OHPs/slides. Use your imagination.

 

Do points mean prizes?

They certainly do. Each delegate to the Forum, including those who present innovations, will be able to vote for the best idea. We’ll count up the votes and the winning ideas will receive the following prizes kindly donated by the exhibitors:

1st Prize Kindle Paperwhite (ProQuest)

2nd Prize Kindle Fire (Wiley)

3rd Prize Fit Bit Charge 2 (Wolters Kluwer)

Work on your idea and register here. You’ll need to tell us your name and LKS, give a contact e-mail, a title and brief description of your innovation and tell us how you’d like to present it.
