Help us celebrate our 1st birthday
Saturday, 11th November 2017
Marking the celebration of our first birthday (11 November), we are excited to announce the second of our pop up restaurant weekends. The two evening event will be held on Saturday 11 November & Sunday 12 November in collaboration with talented chef Alison Young, founder of the highly acclaimed Chappell & Caldwell pop up supper club.
Following our World Gin Day pop up restaurant in June we’ve been inundated with requests to run it again. Again it is a 5 course set menu based upon the botanicals in our Campfire Gin plus canapés and truffles but Alison will be adapting the dishes to the season and availability of fresh local produce. This multi-course meal will be paired with a series of gin-based cocktails and botanical infusions, starting with our Campfire martini.
A maximum of 24 diners per evening seated across two tables.
This is a celebration of food and gin. There will be no wine or beer available. Soft drinks will be supplied. As this is a set menu event it will include hazelnuts, caffeine and dairy. We will try to cater to vegetarians where possible.
Starts: Saturday, November 11th 2017
Bookings close: November 6th 2017
Puddingstone Distillery is located on the P E Mead Farm Shop site in Wilstone, just 5 minutes drive from Tring, Hertfordshire. There is plenty of parking space but we advise that guests arrange taxis or drop off and collection as we will be serving gin cocktails throughout the evening. Soft drinks will be available.
Tring station is 4 miles from the Distillery and Cheddington station 4.5 miles. Both stations are on the London Euston to Birmingham line.
No cars can be left in the distillery car park overnight.
