If you need to cancel after booking then we are able to offer a full refund (minus booking fees) up to the 2nd September 2018. After this time we are only able to make changes to your booking such as changing the name of the person attending, we are unlikely to be able to offer a refund.

If you have chosen to share a room and not specified who you would like that to be with then we will pair you with another delegate of the same gender. You will be given the details of the person you a sharing with one week before the event.

If you are going to be late to the event please make sure you specify this on the booking form.
