Please bring your printed ticket or online version of your ticket to the event.
We are sorry, but refunds are only available if we are contacted in writing 72 hours before the event. This is in order that we may re-sell tickets.
Should you transfer your ticket to a friend in the case that you are unable to attend, please just drop us an email to let us know and ask them to bring a copy of your printed ticket.
