Deferral Policy 
If you are a race entrant who is unable to run on the race weekend, you have the option to defer your entry.
Please Note: If you defer your entry you will be given a guaranteed place in the same event you have entered in 2018.

1) To defer your entry you will need to email rgactiveevents@gmail.com before 5:00pm on 23rd February 2018.  Unfortunately we are unable to defer any runners after this time.
2) Your 2017 deferral to the 2018 events will be compared to the 2017 results to confirm your non-participation in the event.
3) You can only defer your place once.  If you defer your place from the 2017 race to the 2018 race you cannot defer your place again to 2019 and you can not be refunded once your entry has been deferred should you decide not to run.

Refunds and Cancellations
​You will be able to apply for a refund UP TO 5 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE EVENT DATE. We use the BookItBee event booking system to process entries, your race entry includes a small processing fee charged to us by BookItBee, however if you require a refund the booking fee will not be refunded. Anyone applying for a refund before the 5 week cut-off deadline will receive a full refund less the booking fee. Requests for refunds received within 5 weeks of the event date will not be accepted. Booking your race with us is acceptance of these terms.
