A comprehensive 3 week programme that is designed to refine  excellent teaching skills.  These sessions will focus on the elements of teaching practice that make a real difference to children’s outcomes and progress.  One of the key priorities of this course is to support teachers in becoming highly performing teachers.  We want to develop excellent teachers who look outwardly at how they can build further capacity in their team and the school staff.

Leading learning: Modelling excellence and commitment to learning in your classroom, team and school:  How to create a climate for learning that spills out of the boundaries of your classroom.

The Relentless teacher: How to relentlessly pursue learning in your classroom from 9-3 through marking, feedback and intervention and responding to  classroom and cohort data effectively .

Simply Excellent Teaching: Honing exciting, effective and inspiring teaching and learning skills-simply.

Strength in Numbers: Using your talent and skills to develop others to build a better school:  How to lead staff training with high impact and coaching colleagues to improve, building a team culture.

Keeping it Real: Achieving  excellence for yourself, your team and your school,  with balance and efficiency. What is ‘work-life’ balance and well-being when you are an excellent teacher? 

Back to school: Nourishing and expanding your own learning and research.
