Please note this is a Parent Accompanied Event

Family members wishing to accompany the Stagecoach student(s) to the event also pay the event prices above. Children under the age of 3 can travel free of charge.

Please note accommodation will be in rooms for up to 4 people with one double bed, 1 single bed and 1 pull-out bed.

Our prices are based on a minimum number of Stagecoach students taking part in the event. We reserve the right to amend the package or the price should the minimum number of participating students not be reached.

If the number of participants for the event exceeds our allocation at the Hotel Cheyenne, extra rooms will be provided at the Disney's Hotel Santa Fe.
