An introduction to the key skills of triathlon, including a chance to pick up open water swimming skills

The training day will run through the key skills of entering an open water triathlon event and is suitable for someone competing in their first event through to those that take part in events each year. The training day will take place on the swim section and run routes of the Oysterman and Surf N Turf Aquathlon events. At the end of the session, participants will be able to put all their skills into practice by running through a mini swim, cycle and run.
