A significant part of a line management role is to ensure that staff are being Developed and have the skills, knowledge and range of experiences they need to be able to perform their role at a high level.
This bite size session will give line managers all the tools they will need to be able to conduct a training needs analysis and be able to make development recommendations for their line reports. We will look at different approaches to analysis and also cover some basic theory on adult learning needs, preferred learning styles and the learning cycle.
