Our Creative Cooks Summer term dates are;
Theme: St Georges Day
Recipe: Shepherds pie pasties, a twist on a great British classic, a traditional shepherds pie filling inside a shortcrust pastry shell, great served hot or cold.
Theme: Seasonal ingredients, peas and asparagus
Recipe: Pea and Asparagus risotto served with parmesan crisps, delicious seasonal flavours bought together in a classic dish.
Theme: Healthy Eating Week
Recipe: homemade falafel burgers and pitta breads, a healthy and nutricious alternative to a traditional burger.
Theme: British Summer
Recipe: A traditional Victoria Sandwich, nothing says summer more than fresh cream and strawberries, these will be sandwiched with homemade strawberry jam between the light fluffy sponge of a Victoria sandwich.
