A DANCE MOVEMENT WORKSHOP

Led by two psychotherapists, the class will provide conscious movement and dancing, lectures regarding Eastern Wisdom traditions, mindfulness meditation, and group process. Discover what is behind your bodys wisdom and how the chakra centers can be used for guidance. Experience authentic movement and connect to your inner most self. No dance experience necessary.
