Dear Community/ Outreach Organizations, 

You are cordially invited to participate in Pi Day: An Eagle Extravaganza hosted by  Douglas Byrd High School and The Office of College access Programs at Fayetteville State University.  Our event will take place on March 14th, 2018 from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm.  Set up time for vendors will begin at 4:30 pm. The purpose of this event is to foster creativity in and enjoyment of mathematics and related fields. Additionally, it will provide an opportunity for linkage to community resources among the high school students of Douglas Byrd High School. There is no charge for this event. We are asking you to provide or showcase your items for giveaway to include educational materials and informational brochures regarding your product or service. We would also like you to participate in our Pi Day Scavenger Hunt for which we will provide the QR code to share with students at your table. We look forward to seeing you there!!
