AIM Awards
All RAC's must be submitted and verified by the IV electronically on the portal no later than 2 weeks before the event.
Before the event you will be emailed and requested that you send relevant IV sampling plan, you will also need to confirm all of the Run IDs you are claiming for by return of email.
Upon receipt of the sampling plan, a sample of learners and units will be selected and you will be informed on which to bring on the day.
If this information is not received by the specific date above
your appointment may be cancelled.
Transfers
Delegates
may be transferred to other events by notifying AIM Awards a minimum of 5
working days prior to the original event. Please notify us either by post,
telephone or email. Substitutions may be made at any time prior to the
commencement of the course.
Cancellation /Changes to Events
AIM Awards reserve the right to alter any of the courses content. AIM Awards also reserve the right to cancel a course at any time without liability. In these circumstances, delegates will be offered an alternative date, a credit note or a full refund.
