Alison Nixon is a Health & Wellbeing Coach who bases her practice on cutting-edge science-based protocols and a nutritional approach. She is the co-author of the cookbook “What’s left to Eat?” which was a number one best-seller on Amazon and a winner of Health Coach of the Year in the 2017 Kent Health & Beauty Awards. Alison specialises in individualised health consultations, health and wellbeing workshops and keynote speeches in the UK and Canada. She is very passionate about helping people to reach their optimal health and well-being; and views nutritious eating, daily movement, and healthy habits as crucial components of our lives.
She believes that our society is now starting to realise that the food in modern diets is harming us, the negative thoughts we are thinking are damaging our cells and the sedentary life that has become the norm is making us sick. Many people are struggling with health issues such as heart disease, diabetes, obesity, and mental health and most of these cases can be prevented through lifestyle modifications. But through adopting small changes in the way you think, eat and move leads to massive transformation and a better quality of life for them.
