Each chef will offer a small selection of tasting signature dishes for sale to festival visitors - dishes that will tantalise the palate and whet the appetite!  Accompany each dish with fine wines, craft beers and ales, and of course an obligatory gin cocktail!

Relax and enjoy the entertainment throughout the day - dance to live music and the evening DJ; chortle at a comedy turn. Special guests, including a former British Bake Off competitor and a mixologist extraordinaire, will hold masterclasses to educate and delight and children's entertainers will keep the little ones amused whilst you enjoy the best that Hertfordshire has to offer.
