Stagecoach TEACHERFEST is a perfect opportunity for all who work with children and young people in the Performing Arts disciplines. This event brings a choice of 30 workshop choices, each led by a specialist in their subject. Doors open at 09.00 where you can browse trade stands and network with other colleagues who are equally passionate about the power of the performing arts.

It is often through creativity that a child first learns to express how they feel inside. Carrie and David will explore how we can develop, encourage and manage an inspiring learning environment for children with different wiring and/or social, emotional and mental health issues.
If you run for the hills at the mention of iambic pentameter, they can demystify it! Through a fun and active engagement with text, discover how to unlock the meaning and bring it to life.
Singing Musical Theatre - Exploring vocal technique and performance skills to create expressive singing in Musical Theatre.
Developing Vocal Exploration - Using the voice as a tool for creating soundscapes and composition.
Exciting and imaginative ways to teach contemporary and commercial choreography technique using methods from the ID company syllabus.
Creativity Through Story - Songs, chants and percussion activities to enhance and embed story-telling using both traditional tales and classic children's books.
Early Years Singing - A jam-packed session of accessible and varied songs peppered with useful guidance on tackling vocal work and choosing appropriate repertoire.
Latin - Bring the vibrant style of Latin dance to your students and enrich them with fancy footwork and powerful positions.
Ballroom - Upskill your students dance knowledge by introducing basic ballroom steps and making them look tidy and impressive.
This highly energetic and creative workshop will introduce Frantic Assembly’s unique approach to creating physical material. It is a perfect taster to Frantic's Learn and Train Programme, for teachers.
Using rehearsal time effectively - We will explore the 'critical path' to performance.
Making Musicals Inclusive - A musical provides the perfect opportunity to make everybody feel fully involved, no matter their age or ability.
Discover ways to engage your class in student led learning and give them ownership of devising Musical Theatre.
