We are excited to unveil our first ever foraged food supper club in partnership with award winning local foragers Heavenly Hedgerows. Born of a love of cooking, walking and foraging, Heavenly Hedgerows create award winning food from foraged ingredients. Founder Chris Westgate will be picking the finest ingredients from the surrounding countryside and cooking a fantastic, fresh three course feast for us.
The exact menu will be unveiled nearer the time, subject to the available seasonal ingredients, but is likely to feature the following:
Starter - foraged greens, edible flowers, rosehip jelly
Main - Dandelion and beef stew with nettle side
Dessert - damson cake
Tickets are just £14.95 for three courses.
When booking please let us know if you have any dietary requirements. Unfortunately we won't be able to offer an entirely vegan menu for this event.
