Our AGM and 2017 Annual Review will take place at Pinewood Scout Centre on 25th May.

There are 3 time slots:

17:30 to 19:30, 18:30 to 20:30 and 19:00 to 21:00. (These times may be slightly different from the letter you received) 

and will include the AGM at 7.00pm as well as around 1 - 1.5 hour for use of the kayaking and climbing wall. Please be aware that the wall and kayaking will both be operated as first-come-first-served. There are limited children's tickets for each slot, and it would be helpful if you allow families with younger children to book the earlier slots, but so that families can attend together, you are not restricted to booking the "usual" time for your section.

NB: Important information regarding Kayaking:

In the event your child is unable to paddle we will be able to offer a reduced cost for the climbing wall only.

YOU NEED TO BE ABLE TO SWIM TO KAYAK!

Please bring a change of clothing with you, e.g. old trainers or wetsuit shoes to wear in the boat, a towel, bottle of water, some warm clothing/layers e.g. leggings, tracksuit bottoms, fleeces, cagoule, and sun cream if the weather is hot. There are are changing rooms where you can get changed.

Always remember to have a shower afterwards - and if your child feels ill (flu-like symptons) then take them to the Doctor and tell them that he/she has been Kayaking in a lake, then they will know how to treat them!
