Please note that it is important that you supply an email address for EACH delegate which they can be contactable on.  This is the route that we will request their workshop choices by and these will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.

Booking on to an event

Please ensure that you gain the necessary permissions before booking on to a chargeable event.

Cancellation

All cancellations must me made via email to enquiries@kyrateachingschool.com

Cancellation 10 or more working days prior to the event - no charge

Cancellation less than 10 working days prior to the event - full charge will apply

Non-attendance at the event (except in exceptional circumstances) - full charge will apply

If an event is cancelled by KYRA you will be informed via email and no charge will apply.

The 'General Data Protection Regulation' (GDPR) strengthens how we can use personal data (including yours) and keep it safe, and will also strengthen individual’s rights over their own data.

We have updated our Privacy Notice for Kyra Teaching School Alliance – this can be found at kyrateachingschool.com

Kyra uses a Third Party Data Processor for our booking system BookitBee (LiveIt), the information that we gather from the system, is related to each event you have booked on, including name, role, organsiation who employ you and email address. We retain this information in electronic form for the duration of our reporting and auditing period for the teaching school. The information we gather regarding individuals access requirements and dietary requirements is deleted after the event. If you pay for any event by debit or credit card, these details are processed by Bookitbee, not Kyra and we do not gather the financial details.
