The Palace Theatre, Westcliff

DATE: Sunday 3rd March 2019

VENUE: The Palace Theatre, Westcliff

STUDENT NUMBERS: Minimum 18 - Maximum 20

ARRIVAL TIME: 9.15 or 12.15 for Registration and Health and Safety Talk

(you will be advised nearer the time which time slot)

PERFORMANCE: 7 minutes performance with a 1 minute introduction

OPENING ENSEMBLE OR FINALE: Depending which Act your school is in, you will be allocated either the Opening or the Finale. We will send you the music and lyrics for your Students to learn.

COSTS : £79.00 per student which includes the event, 2 tickets a T-Shirt and a Digital Download on Vimeo.

You will receive an Event Sign-up Agreement and an Invoice for the deposit in July 2018 and once this is paid and returned your Event Pack will be issued containing further details. 

All Deposits are non-refundable and Non-transferable. 

On completion of this booking you are agreeing to take up a place for your school at this event. If you wish to withdraw at any point please refer to your Event Sign-Up Agreement and ensure you inform the Events Team of your decision.

Event Pack

Once your deposit has been paid an Event Pack containing the information you will need to put together all elements of your Showcase will be sent to you, via email. All we ask in return is that you meet the deadlines required. The deadlines are important to ensure our department can meet your expectations on the day of the Show.
