On agreement to take part in this Event we will arrange an invoice for the deposit of $300 to  be sent to you in July 2018. You will receive the Event Pack containing further details following payment of your deposit.

EVENT DETAILS

DATE: Saturday 23rd February 2019

VENUE: The Toronto Centre for the Arts

STUDENT NUMBERS: Minimum 20

ARRIVAL TIME: TBC in Event Pack

PERFORMANCE: 10 minute performance piece

OPENING ENSEMBLE OR FINALE: Depending which Act your school is in, you will be allocated either the Opening or the Finale.

COST: $99.00 per student which includes HST, the event, 2 tickets a T-Shirt and a Digital Download on Vimeo.

VENUE: The Toronto Centre for the Arts

ARRIVAL TIME: TBC in Event Pack

PERFORMANCE: 10 minute performance piece

OPENING ENSEMBLE OR FINALE: Depending which Act your school is in, you will be allocated either the Opening or the Finale.

COST: $99.00 per student which includes HST, the event, 2 tickets a T-Shirt and a Digital Download on Vimeo.

You will receive an Event Sign-up Agreement and an Invoice for the deposit in July 2018 and once this is paid and returned your Event Pack will be issued containing further details. 

All Deposits are non-refundable and Non-transferable. 

On completion of this booking you are agreeing to take up a place for your school at this event. If you wish to withdraw at any point please refer to your Event Sign-Up Agreement and ensure you inform the Events Team of your decision.

Event Pack

Once your deposit has been paid an Event Pack containing the information you will need to put together all elements of your Showcase will be sent to you, via email. All we ask in return is that you meet the deadlines required. The deadlines are important to ensure our department can meet your expectations on the day of the Show.
