is engaged in international business, it is important that the appropriate employees
and contractors are aware of its policies and the U.S. authorities’
expectations relating to compliance with U.S. antiboycott laws and regulations,
and economic sanctions. Training is required for certain employees and contractors based on their role within Noble Energy.
