The Kanga Spa is a haven of peace and tranquillity, a place to indulge your inner self and take a break from the outside world. Come, kick back, relax with us and enjoy classes & workshops in our wooden floored yurt, alternative-healing therapies in our heated bells & our spa boutique.
Sessions include: Meditation, Yoga, Hula Hooping, Mudra & Pranayama classes, Soundscape & Binaural Beats sessions, Tea Ceremonies with The London School Of Tea, Talks with Emma Bonnici & Kirtan with Bhavini Vyas. We offer a wide range of holistic therapies including Massage Therapies, Reflexology, Homeopathic and Beauty Treatments, Remedies and more.


8.30am - 9..45AM Morning Yoga  - Saturday, Sunday, Monday

A centering class for beginners and experienced students, this class presents simple asanas and breathing practices to cultivate physical and mental well-being. Kanga Yoga adapts yoga to the individual rather than the individual to yoga; integrating sound, asana and mudra to bring the body and mind into balance and harmony. All levels welcome.


10.am - 11am Morning Meditation - Saturday & Sunday

Take this opportunity to let your body relax and let your mind settle. Tune in to the regular rhythm of the breath whilst observing the softness of your heartbeat. Our meditation classes will take you through a wide range of meditation techniques to facilitate a soothing sense of tranquility, allowing the consciousness to come forward and the chatter of the mind to settle.All levels welcome.


1.30pm - 2:30pm - Hula Hooping Class with Hu La Roux - Friday, Saturday, Sunday

A beginners' level Hula hoop dance workshop teaching hoop tricks, body awareness, confidence and co ordination, hoop dance and choreography. All levels are welcome to come and get loose, get fit, play, learn and dance together. Helen hopes to inspire and spread light around the world, reminding people to be free, have fun, smile, believe in yourself and let go.
3pm - 4pm - Family YogaFriday, Saturday, SundayFamily yoga provides a wonderful place to spend healthy and happy, quality time together. These classes offer the opportunity for children and parents alike to relax, strengthen and have fun together. Families welcome.


4pm - 4.25pm - Tea Ceremony with The London School of Tea (Duration: 25mins) - Friday, Saturday, Sunday  

Tea was discovered 5000 years ago by the ancient Chinese and overtime they realised Teas amazing properties and it became the most revered spiritual drink used by Buddhist monks to reach enlightenment through mediation. The Chinese tea ceremony was born as a result of the respect for nature and need for peace, which the religious ceremonies involved; the Japanese ceremony is about precision and respect. Both are called Cha Do, the way of tea. You will be able to experience one of the ceremonies every afternoon at 4pm. The perfect pre – evening yoga class ceremony.*4pm on Friday, Saturday & Sunday *


4.30pm - 5.45pm Evening Yoga Class (75mins) - Friday, Saturday, Sunday

7:15pm - 8:30pm - Kirtan featuring Bhavini Vyas - Friday

Kirtan is a form of devotional chanting whose roots go back over 500 years to India. It is a form of Bhakti Yoga (yoga of devotion) and has the power to open the heart. The singing is accompanied by musical instruments and rhythmic drumming. The audience is welcomed to participate by chanting, clapping and dancing. 


7:15pm - 8:30pm - Soundscape - Yoga & Binaurall Beats with headphones & live DJ - Saturday

An exclusive evening of silence and music, yoga and dance. Participants are given wireless headphones and everyone is fed the same music, curated by London based electronic music producer, DJ and vocalist., Michelle Cade. Participants will be led through a yoga practice with Emma Bonnici though the headphones - the perfect opportunity for you to practice without any outside noises or interruptions. Closed with a deep meditative relaxation and head massage.
