Each day of the event will have a different line-up, including the following: 

Talks – a dedicated space to listen to and engage with key speakers on subjects including:

Meet the Expert – a unique opportunity to book one-to-one 20 minute private sessions for £20 with the following experts in our beautiful bell tents on the lower lawn, bookable in advance:

  • Calm and effective parenting techniques for your family with Sarah Weller from The Weller Way
  • Get a bespoke wellbeing screening to get a clear picture of where your current health, fitness and wellbeing is now, where you would like it to be and how you can get there – with Day One Wellness
  • Action Woman sessions with life coach Emma Jeffreys
  • Nutrition and lifestyle coaching for the whole family with Abir Hamza-Goodacre
  • Mini Skincare Consultations with natural beauty expert and make-up artist Nat Van Zee

Workshops – interactive free workshops on a variety of exciting topics, held in a private space in the house:

  • The power of laughing in an exhilarating Laughter Workshop with Janice Leahy
  • Discover the tools and exercises for a great night’s sleep with The Sleep Deep Method coach Beatrix Schmidt
  • Discover how just 10 minutes of mindfulness can make a huge difference for mums with 10 of zen founder Nikki Wilson

Live Kitchen – demonstrations from local chefs, nutrition experts and restaurants, including:

  • Bruce McMichael from The Lemon Grove – demonstrating Mediterranean dishes
  • Ben Sulston from Sulston’s Kitchen showing you how to create healthy, tasty dishes
  • Bobby Brown from the Kentish Hare will be preparing ‘Creedy Carver’ a Devonshire duck breast with blackberries and Stone Bass Sashimi
  • Helen Ford from The Natural Health Practice will be demonstrating simple, quick and super nutritious recipes for the whole family
  • Scott Goss from The Twenty Six will be demonstrating dishes made with locally foraged ingredients – as seen on the current series of The Great British Menu

Plus you could win the Kensington Scott oak-topped kitchen island on display with proceeds going to the event partner charity Fegans, a local charity dedicated to supporting and counselling families.

Yoga & Pilates Studio – a collaborative of local yoga and pilates studios will be offering a schedule of free classes throughout the weekend

  • Retreat Yoga, Flow Yoga and Kingdom Yoga will be offering a range of different yoga classes in their own signature style and suitable for all experience levels
  • Emma Grist Pilates and The Boundes Studio will be offering pilates mat classes for all fitness levels and experience

Family Activities – fun for all with a range of family friendly activities, including:

  • Art and craft sessions for kids with Louise Dean and Freckles & Fire
  • Get the little ones moving with mini fitness classes from Family Inspired Training
  • The importance of mindfulness for teenagers with Wild and Precious Minds and mindfulness classes for children with Tizz Kids
  • Challenger Troop will be hosting an assault course and bushcraft (small additional charge)
  • Gardening for Mind, Body & Soul – taster sessions including Sowing the Seeds of Self-Care, Mindful Movement for Gardeners’ Bodies and Planting for all the Senses
  • Kent Wildlife Trust will be hosting family woodland walks with bug hunts and sketching sessions
  • Baby Yoga classes with Buddha Buddies

Pop-up Bookshop – discover and shop a range of titles related to the topics at the show plus book signings for authors giving talks and workshops at the event

Exhibitors – three dedicated areas for visitors to discover, sample and shop

  • Fitness – 640 Studios personal training, Cryojuvenate cryotherapy, Fitness Superstore fitness equipment, yoga clothing and more
  • Beauty & Health – including skincare, make-up, supplements, candles, essential oils
  • The Market – a mix of exhibitors offering everything from veg box deliveries to kitchen gadgets and condiments

Eat & Drink – visitors can enjoy the beautiful garden views whilst enjoying a selection of food and drinks from Café 1809 (Hildenborough based café founded and run by local hero Dame Kelly Holmes), 65mm Coffee (Tonbridge Old Fire Station) and Wham Bam Mother Bhumi (vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free Indian street food). On Saturday Sulston’s Kitchen will be serving a delicious lunch menu and on Sunday, local Gastro pub The Kentish Hare will be serving posh brioche hot dogs.

 The event will be open: 

  • Saturday – 10am-5pm – Tickets cost: Early Bird £20 in advance (until midnight 14th September) or £25 thereafter and on the day.
  • Sunday – 12pm-5pm – Tickets cost: Early Bird £20 in advance (until midnight 14th September) or £25 thereafter and on the day.

Children under 16 go free with an adult. For every child ticket booked Thrive Events will donate £1.50 to event charity partner, Fegans.

BY CAR

There is free parking available opposite the entrance to the venue at Mabledon Farm on London Road. Disabled parking is on-site at The Secret Manor. All car parks will be well signed but the entrances can be easy to pass so please approach slowly.

TRAINS

If you are travelling by train, Tonbridge is the nearest main line station and is connected to London, the South coast and Redhill.

BUS

A good and regular bus service runs from both Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells town centres and train stations to a stop near the venue.
