The Priory Pembroke Academy
This day introduces the principles & processes of the peer review, for leaders of whole school and subject/phase specific peer review. Time will be spent exploring leadership competencies, values, & critical conversations. The training covers the three elements of peer review: self evaluation, review & improvement planning.
Who should attend
· Headteachers & senior leaders new to peer review
· Senior & middle leaders who will be part of review teams this year
· Senior leaders with responsibility for English, maths, pupil premium or SEND, who will be leading or participating in peer review and/or subject specific peer review.
This course is £150 + VAT or 4 Kyra credits
