Please see below details for the German Showcase at the Kurhaus in Wiesbaden on Sunday 9th June 2019.

On agreement to take part in this Event we will arrange an invoice for the deposit of 250  euros to be sent in September 2018. For all further details please refer to your event letter. 

EVENT DETAILS

DATE: Sunday 9th June 2019

VENUE: Kurhaus. Wiesbaden

STUDENT NUMBERS: Minimum 20  and Maximum 25 (the maximum may change depending on number of Schools involved)

ARRIVAL TIME: 9.15  for Registration and Health and Safety Talk

PERFORMANCE:  5 minutes on stage plus 5 massed choir numbers. There will be a compere and the massed choir singing will be rehearsed during the day in workshops..

COSTS: 85.00 euros per student, the event, 2 tickets a T-Shirt and a Digital Download via Vimeo.

You will receive an Event Sign-up Agreement and an Invoice for the deposit in July 2018 and once this is paid and returned your Event Pack will be issued containing further details. 

All Deposits are non-refundable and Non-transferable. 

On completion of this booking you are agreeing to take up a place for your school at this event. If you wish to withdraw at any point please refer to your Event Sign-Up Agreement and ensure you inform the Events Team of your decision.

Event Pack

Once your deposit has been paid an Event Pack containing the information you will need to put together all elements of your Showcase will be sent to you, via email. All we ask in return is that you meet the deadlines required. The deadlines are important to ensure our department can meet your expectations on the day of the Show.
