Sharing of personal data:

The delegate list for this event will be shared with the Digital Health and Care Institute (the DHI) to allow you free access to their premises on the day of the event, at the specified time, and to comply with Fire and Safety Regulations.

Event terms and conditions:

In order to gain free entry to this event, you need to present either a ticket or a booking confirmation on the day. No admission will be allowed without prior booking.

It is your responsibility to check the time on your ticket and arrive within your allocated slot. Entry might be refused should you arrive outwith the time-frame you have booked. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made but admission cannot always be guaranteed.

Arrive 10 minutes before the start of the session and wait in reception for a member of staff to escort you to the Demonstration and Simulation Environment in groups.

Tickets are subject to restrictions on entry. Ticket holders must be over 18 years of age.

You will be notified by email if an event has been cancelled or entry times change. It is your responsibility to check emails for this information.

We reserve the right to refuse admission should delegate breach any terms and conditions or present anti social behaviour. You may be subject to security searches prior to or during the event.

Photographs

The ALLIANCE may take photographs at this event for case studies, publications, website, social media, promotion or marketing purposes both printed and online. If you do not wish to be photographed, notify the ALLIANCE in advance. You may also notify the ALLIANCE and photographer on the day of the activity, if you do not want to be photographed. The ALLIANCE will ensure notification is openly displayed at any such event.
