This is a small, informal competition that really is suitable for all scaled athletes.

Movements aim to be achievable for everyone. Workouts will be challenging but not too technical.

Suitable for beginners or those who want to have a go at competing in a relaxed atmosphere.

Saturday - Same Sex Pairs

Sunday - Masters Same Sex Pairs 80-89 years, 90+ (minimum aged 40 years)

£40 per pair

Partner Deadlift (no heavier than 80kg)

Single skips

Wall balls

Rowing

Box Jumps/Step Overs
