• Passport and Identification details
• Social Media contact details
• Photos
• Medical and Health data
• Details of your scout group or explorer unit, and district

will be held by members of the GLSW Expedition leadership team, on behalf of Greater London South West Scout Council, for the following purposes, which are legitimate interests of GLSW.

• managing and maintaining your membership of the expedition, and any related events before and after.
• booking and organising travel and related arrangements
• ensuring medical, insurance and safety arrangements are maintained
• communicating with you, and facilitating communication between you, before, during and after the expedition
• in addition, your medical and health data, which is a special category of information, will be stored and processed to protect your vital interests.

We may share information with and obtain additional information from your group or unit, as well as parties required in order to book transport and other arrangements, and will be available to a contact during the visit for emergency contact details.

Your data will be stored in our computerised system (Online Scout Manager) and paper records before, during and after the visit, and will be removed when no longer required.
