The aim of the Seminar is to provide an opportunity for new
WMs and Wardens to get invaluable information and tips about the roles they are
to perform in their Lodges and their progression to the highest honour the
Lodge has in its power to confer on any of its members.
The seminar will cover topics including
Role of the Master and Wardens
Being Master Elect – what needs to be done before Installation and when.
Lodge Meetings – how to prepare and run a successful meeting.
Mentoring your Lodge – developing and getting the best from your Officers.
Official Visits – what happens and what to do.
The Festive Board – what needs to be done and when
After the Chair – what Masonic career opportunities are there beyond WM.
Q & A Session – an opportunity to get some answers to any questions that you may have.
The MetGL Mentoring Team are sure that you will find the seminar interesting and rewarding as well as
interactive.
A light finger buffet will be provided afterwards for which
there will be a small registration charge. Here you will have the opportunity
to talk with the other WMs and Wardens who will be attending as well as members
of the MetGL Mentoring Team.
