Charity Gala Summer Showcase Performance

We would like to invite your child to join us at this year’s Stagecoach Charity Gala as part of the Summer Showcase ‘Footloose’ Cast.

The Charity Gala will take place at the Shaftesbury Theatre in London's West End on the 2nd December 2018. The show will begin at 7.30pm with doors opening at 7pm.

The Charity Gala is planned to be an evening of fun and entertainment showing all the very best performances throughout 2017 and 2018. The Gala will be made up of special performances from schools selected from Regional and London showcases, as well as some performances from Special Guests. As this is our 30th Anniversary this year, the Charity Gala will also play host to our Creative Courage for Life Awards.

ARRIVAL TIME / REHEARSAL

We would like the Footloose cast to arrive at the rehearsal venue (London Welsh Centre, 157-163 Gray’s Inn Road, London WC1X 8UE) at 9.15am. They will then register and have rehearsal with the rest of the cast and the creative team.  We will then walk the Students to the Shaftesbury Theatre for a technical and Dress rehearsal. Whilst we would love to repeat the whole show, we have decided to perform a medley of songs from the show (to be rehearsed on the day)

PARTICIPATION FEE

To take part in this event there is a charge of £60.00 which will include the day’s event, two tickets for friends and family to watch the evening's performance, a t-shirt and a Digital download of the performance on Vimeo.
