TERMS & CONDITIONS:

For any child under 12, an adult ticket must be also be purchased as well as the child's ticket, due to the anticipated 12A rating (based on US classification, for some scenes of fantasy action.)* Unaccompanied children aged 12 or over must carry identification with them to prove their age, or risk being refused entry. If entry is refused because of lack of identification we will not provide a refund.

Tickets will not be refunded or exchanged after purchase, except where an event is cancelled. Tickets may not be sold on. If we believe that tickets have been sold on, we are entitled to refuse entry without providing a refund.

Tickets remain the property of The Sevenoaks World Scout Jamboree Contingent, who have the right to refuse entry for any good reason.

You must not use any form of audio or visual recording equipment during the film.

You must comply with all other ticket conditions (click here) and with the conditions of entry to the Stag Theatre (see [link]).

We reserve the right to:

• – Delay entry of latecomers until a suitable break in the performance/event
• – Make any change whatsoever in the performance/event owing to any unforeseen or unavoidable cause.
• – Cancel or abandon the performance/event for reasons beyond our control without notice and without liability to pay any person compensation or damage whatsoever. 

* Films rated 12A are suitable for children aged 12 and over. However, people younger than 12 may see a 12A so long as they are accompanied by an adult. In such circumstances, responsibility for allowing a child under 12 to view lies with the accompanying adult.

We collect the following personal data from you:

Identity Data: This includes first names, surnames and any title you may have.

Contact Data: Such as home address, work address, billing address, email address and telephone numbers.

How we use your personal data and why:

We will only use your Personal Data for the following purposes:

This will most likely occur where there is a clear reason for us doing so, where there is a benefit to you or where we consider that you would reasonably expect the processing to take place and where we judge there to be a limited impact on your privacy.

Contractual - When you purchase goods or services from us you are entering into a contract with us. In order to undertake our responsibilities with regards to that contract we need to store and process your personal information. For example we may need to contact you in relation to a booking you have made or where a show or event is subsequently cancelled.

How we use your information:

We may process and use your personal information to process orders for cinema tickets and related services and to process payments. We will not use your personal data for any other purpose and we will delete it when the event is finished.

How do we process this data? When you book tickets online, data is shared between Bookitbee (our ticketing services provider) and Stripe in order to process the transaction. Their privacy policies (see [links])will apply to this processing.

You have the right to:

Request correction of the personal data that we hold about you.

Request erasure of your personal data.

Object to processing of your personal data.

Request restriction of processing of your personal data.
