This workshop is designed for a parent and older sibling  (Age 6 - 11) of a child who has autism or communication difficulties. It will give the parent and older sibling a chance to spend time together with the following outcomes in mind :

1.     Sibling will have chance to meet other siblings who have younger brother/sister with autism and/or communication difficulties

2.     Siblings have an opportunity to describe themselves and their younger brother /sister in terms of food, toys and activities, likes and dislikes using simple pictures and drawings.

3.     Siblings have an opportunity to look at books/toys/music/games that their younger brother/sister might enjoy

4.     Siblings to know that it’s ok to continue to do things that they like to do.
