When you register for an event we process your name, email address and any adjustments that you may need to enable you to attend the event.  The information you provide will be used to manage your booking on the event and for us to provide feedback to you if applicable, such as changes to the event location or event cancellation. We use information about you because it is necessary for the performance of contract with us for the event. 

Information about you will be shared with the event organiser for the purpose of administration of the event. Please contact the event organiser if you have any queries about this. Any personal data will be destroyed within one working day of the event.
