A one-day competition designed purely for teenagers and open to any teens aged 13-19 across the UK, Ireland and Europe!! Our aim is to bring together a network of teen athletes by testing gymnastics & weightlifting skills along with conditioning and various other tests of your fitness!

BTC aims to recognise and help develop the future talent in the sport of CrossFit in a safe, fun environment. Movement standards will always come first and the event organisers always encourage safe movement over intensity. The three to four WODs over the day are based on the teens gaining experience in more technical movements and under the pressure of a competition environment.

Open to 13-19 year old Boys and Girls, with with Rx'd and Scales categories. 12 year olds may enter the scaled category only.
